Give a Gift to Support Young Leaders

Help Build a More Just and Sustainable Food System

“I think my time at Grow Dat, I would say, was life changing. I overcame many obstacles that I probably never would have accomplished if I hadn't been here”

Purpose

The mission of Grow Dat Youth Farm is to nurture a diverse group of young leaders through the meaningful work of growing food. At Grow Dat, young people from across New Orleans come together in a safe, welcoming space to engage in deep learning and communication across race, gender, class, sexual orientation, and other differences. We believe in supporting the work of young people as they develop the skills and experience to be leaders in a diverse and inclusive society.

And we need your help. We're asking you to donate as generously as you can this holiday season to support this critical work. Let's come together to help young people build a more just and compassionate community.

Give in Honor of a Loved One

Celebrate this holiday season by participating in Growing the Green, Grow Dat's alternative giving campaign. If you are interested in giving your gift in honor of a loved one please include their name and address in your gift and we will be happy to send your loved one a beautiful card with information about how your donation level nurtures young leaders and a healthy community.

Your generous contribution helps hire 60 youth each year to participate in leadership development programs while growing 25,000 pounds of food for their community.

Take the Lead!
